płyta

In March 2025 the album POLISH ROMANTIC WORKS, featuring Wojciech Niedziółka and the Łódź Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra conducted by Paweł Przytocki, was nominated for the Fryderyk Award in the category of Concert Music Album of the Year.

The album, recorded at the The Krzysztof Penderecki European Centre for Music in Lusławice, features outstanding works of mature Polish Romanticism: Henryk Wieniawski's Violin Concerto No. 1 in F-sharp minor, Op. 14 and Zygmunt Noskowski's Symphony No. 2 in C minor "Elegiac."

The solo parts were performed by Wojciech Niedziółka, the best Pole in the 16th International Henryk Wieniawski Violin Competition in Poznań, and winner of the 2023 Coryphaeus of Polish Music award in the Discovery of the Year category.

The album was released by DUX Recording Producers.
